Can I book without creating an account?
Yes. Guest bookings are supported with name and phone details.
When is my booking confirmed?
Bookings are pending until the uploaded payment receipt is manually verified by admin staff.
Can I book more than one hour?
Yes. Public bookings support continuous 1 to 4 hour durations when the full time range is available.
How do I check booking status?
Use the public booking status link or enter your booking ID on the status page.
Can slots be cancelled?
Admins can cancel bookings. Venue cancellation and refund terms should be confirmed with PK Arena.
